We offer a competitively priced 48/72 Hour Delivery Service to most areas of the UK, including central London and Greater London.

Our Standard UK Mainland Delivery excludes the following postcode areas:
BT, AB, DD8-DD11, IV, PA, PH, PO30-PO41, HS, KW, ZE, IM, JE, GY, TR, LD, SA19-SA73, SY17-SY25.
If you require delivery to any of these areas please get in touch so we can provide you with a quote for your exact location. These rates can be equally competitive if timed with other delivery services to your area.
Please note: our Standard UK Mainland Delivery does not apply to hollow form and some specialist cladding products due to their fragility and the need to protect them during delivery. For each of these products a 7 Working Day Delivery period is clearly stated in the product description and full details appear in the 7-Day panel on each relevant product page.

Where we deliver
We can deliver throughout the UK (including central London and Greater London) and to most countries in the world. Our shopping basket will calculate costs for UK delivery based on our Standard delivery service. If you require faster delivery, export, or you are unsure about whether Standard delivery applies to your location, please call us to discuss your options.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure. We cannot be held liable in the unlikely event that items shipped internationally are confiscated or held up by Customs, Police or other government authorities.
How we deliver
We generally despatch orders using our own fleet of delivery vehicles, however we may use palletised and non-palletised shipping services offered by third party delivery agents.
We will choose the most effective method of delivery based on the weight, cubic size and value of your order. Our aim is to get your order to you as safely and as fast as possible to meet your project deadlines.
When we'll despatch your order
We aim to send out all orders received as soon as we can. Our Standard despatch is normally within 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays) to arrive within 72 hours. Faster deliveries are available within the UK, depending on the products requested and delivery logistics. We will work with you to offer delivery flexibility and to meet your deadlines. We care about our customers.
When to expect your order
Delivery time estimates are based on UK working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays). Deliveries to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take slightly longer.
Checking and signing for your delivery
When signing for a Delivery it is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the accuracy and completeness of the products received. Please contact us immediately if you believe an order is wrong or incomplete. Once the goods are signed for, we have no legal obligation to replace 'missing' components. We will always rectify any genuine mistakes on our part, but, due to the risk of trims and smaller portable items going missing on site after delivery, we may charge you for any additional items you require. In all cases, you must alert us of incomplete or inaccurate products within 14 days of receiving the goods. The course of action we take in each individual case is entirely at our discretion.
