10mm PVC C-Plank 407 White

C-Plank 407 is a hollow-form hygienic ceiling panel which reduces condensation in bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens. It can be used a wall panel when specified. Click on + View more for installation tips and full details.

Interlocking 'tongue and groove' panels slide together to create a neat pencil line seam as seen in the photographs. Panels are 407mm wide and are Class 1 Fire-Rated.

Installing C-Plank

The most effective way of installing C-Plank is to fix timber battens to the ceiling in parallel at intervals of 600mm (2 feet) apart. 10mm Edge Trims should then be screwed into the perimeter of the wall immediately below the battens. 

The ceiling panels should be fixed at 90 degrees to the battens. Each ceiling panel slides into the Edge Trim and the long lip of the ceiling panel should be screwed into each batten. The next panel slides over the fitted panel, hiding the screws and creating a neat pencil line joint between the panels.

C-Plank ceiling panels can be cut to size on site, ensuring the panels can slide into the Edge Trims.

Reducing condensation

Air flow in the hollow-form interior of the planks reduces ceiling condensation making it ideal for food-related environments, changing rooms, showers and car wash interiors. C-Plank is easy to clean and maintain and can be used for dry lining factory walls.
